User Licensing: Each purchaser is provided a limited license
that allows the purchaser to download or add any or all audio
tracks into any audio device that is for personal use.

There is no license provided on our systems for any public
performance, business application or use, whether for profit or
nonprofit purposes.

Warranty: Habit Braker Enterprises warrants it's products
against any defects in CD and download audio quality and
fitness.
